Garlic Butter Prawns
Ingredients:
500g prawns, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat until butter is melted.
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
Add the prawns to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the prawns for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
Remove the skillet from heat and add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Toss everything together until the prawns are coated in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve the garlic butter prawns hot with crusty bread, rice or salad.
