Prawns Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams of prawns, deveined and cleaned
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
Instructions:
Wash the prawns in cold water and pat them dry using a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the prawns to the mixing bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the prawns to the pan in a single layer.
Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
Once cooked, remove the prawns from the pan using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve the prawn fry hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney.
