Chicken Cutlet Recipe

 Chicken Cutlets 


Ingredients:


500g minced chicken

1 large onion, finely chopped

2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

1 inch ginger, grated

3-4 garlic cloves, grated

1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Salt, to taste

Oil, for frying

Instructions:


In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, egg, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Mix everything well using your hands until all the ingredients are well combined.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty or cutlet.

Heat oil in a shallow pan on medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the cutlets to the pan, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on paper towels to remove any excess oil.

Serve the chicken cutlets hot with ketchup or mint chutney.

You can also add vegetables like grated carrot, cabbage or capsicum to the chicken mixture for a healthier version of the cutlet. Enjoy your delicious chicken cutlets!
