Homemade Non Veg Pizza
Ingredients:
1 large pizza dough (you can make your own or buy pre-made dough)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked and diced chicken
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch of space around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add the cooked and diced chicken and crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
Add the sliced red onion and mushrooms.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top of the pizza.
Season the pizza with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
