Homemade Veg Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out your pizza dough onto a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add the sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and black olives to the pizza.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and slice into pieces.
