Homemade veg Pizza without Oven
Ingredients:
Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Tomato sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Assorted vegetables (mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat a skillet or grill pan on medium-high heat.
Roll out the pizza dough to desired thickness and shape.
Brush olive oil on one side of the dough and place the oiled side down on the skillet or grill pan.
Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes until it starts to puff up and brown on the bottom.
Remove the dough from the skillet or grill pan and place it browned side up on a plate.
Add a layer of tomato sauce to the pizza dough, leaving a little space around the edges for the crust.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add your desired vegetables on top of the cheese.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if desired).
Brush olive oil on the edges of the crust.
Return the pizza to the skillet or grill pan, cover with a lid, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
Remove the pizza from the skillet or grill pan, slice and serve.
