Mutton Keema Recipe:
Ingredients:
500g minced mutton or lamb meat
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chilies to the pan and cook for a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
Add the minced mutton or lamb meat to the pan and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the meat is browned and cooked through.
Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, bread, or roti.
