Oreo Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

 Oreo Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 12-15 cookies)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar has dissolved completely.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Add in the crushed Oreo cookies and continue churning for another 5 minutes, or until the cookies are evenly distributed throughout the ice cream.

Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until it is firm enough to scoop.

When ready to serve, scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Note: If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can still make this recipe by following steps 1-2 and then freezing the mixture in a container. However, you will need to stir the mixture every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours to ensure that it freezes evenly and doesn't develop ice crystals.
