Mango Lassi Recipe

 Mango Lassi 


Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:


In a blender, add chopped mango, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and cardamom (if using).


Blend until smooth and creamy.


Taste and adjust sweetness as per your preference.


If the lassi is too thick, you can add more milk to thin it out.


Add some ice cubes and blend again (optional).


Pour the mango lassi into glasses and serve chilled.


Note: You can use fresh or frozen mango for this recipe. If using frozen mango, let it thaw before blending. You can also add a few saffron strands or rose water to give the lassi a more aromatic flavor. You can also garnish the lassi with chopped nuts like pistachios or almonds.
